Ok i been searching all the Dungeons and areas and have found that Horde have been given better options to get better Drops, I am about to say I want my money back. No wonder Horde kill us at PvP. Blizzard gives Horde better drops and the get over power and he get nothing equaling there power. I even had to fight my way down to Barrens to get to Wailing caverns, just so i can get a good drop for my shoulders. And have a high level run me through. I could get to Shadowfang Keep but it be really hard for the lvl 15 should pads. These dungeons are designed for horde manly. So what does that tell me. Horde are favored and I am about to quiet playing WoW. Cause I am not playing a horde toon cause i tried it and didn't like being the evil side. So this is a warning if you don't like playing horde side, find a different game, or do what alliance is doing right now. Alliance is on PvP Strike.

Well if you really need shoulders (which you don't) SFK or WC is going to be the places you want to hit. If this is for a twink, then yes, you're going to have to put some extra effort into squeezing everything out of the game to make your character ridiculously overpowered for its level. But, for leveling, no you don't need those shoulders.

There's plenty of examples I could go with, but...

Let's compare weapon drops between Deadmines and Wailing Caverns, shall we?

Wailing Caverns, the overpowered Horde-centric dungeon, has:

1 Bow
1 Dagger
1 One-hander
1 Staff
1 Wand

Deadmines, the unnamed Alliance-centric dungeon, has:

1 Dagger
4 One-handers
1 Polearm (!?)
1 Staff
3 Two-handers
1 Wand

So really what you're saying is that the one slot you want an item for is filled by a dungeon or dungeons that aren't extremely convenient for you, and I'll agree. But at that level, you don't need shoulders. If you're twinking then I can't say I could muster a whole lot of sympathy, because you're min-maxing, and it's not easy, or meant to be easy. In fact, we will usually and intentionally try to make it harder to achieve.

For the low levels some dungeons have the best of one thing, some have the best of another. If you always want the best it's not going to be given to you for no extra effort.

As you level (and I assume you know this because you have a 70 and are likely just trolling and I probably shouldn't even be replying here) gear isn't as specific because there's more bosses with bigger loot tables, and everyone laughs and there's a giant loot party and everyone's lighting their cigars with epics and then that one girl from reception photocopies herself and hands them out and then you're all like "I'M MORE ALIVE NOW THAN I'VE EVER BEEN!" and then someone does a drunk wobble and knocks over the punch table and it sort of kills the mood and everyone starts getting ready to go, but you still have that photocopy, and you'll always remember at one time you thought shoulders from SFK were important. And you'll laugh.
And that's what it's like.

Q u o t e:
Drysc, have you been reading Tim Schafer's / Doublefine's blog?

No, but I should! I love him.

Or rather, I'm *IN* love with him. There, that's a little more creepy.
