Character Transfer

I'm in the process of making an inquiry into the matter to see whether any further updates are available regarding the current status of the Paid Character Transfer service, folks, but I'm afraid at present I've nothing concrete to offer. I'll keep you apprised of any developments, however. :)

As an update, I've received word that the Paid Character Transfer service is currently anticipated to return to its normal functionality early tomorrow morning, so I'd recommend those players looking to make use of the feature try back tomorrow; as always, we'd appreciate any further reports. :)

While the current timeframe is subject to change depending on a number of factors, I'd say somewhere in the area of 6-10 hours from now.

Also, will the necessary people be working aroudn the clock to get it fixed, or are they going home. What I mean to ask is, is there a chance it will be up earlier?

Our server technicians work shifts spanning all hours, but I do not foresee the service becoming available any earlier than currently predicted. :)

I've already submitted an inquiry regarding the status of the Paid Character Transfer service, Victt; I will be happy to provide you with an update once I receive an applicable response. :)

Our Database Administrators have recently applied a resolution for the issues previously experienced with the PCT service; we're currently in the retesting phase at this time.

I am presently able to initiate a transfer; however, if I could perhaps receive a few additional confirmations to this fact, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

Character transfer cooldowns are precise to the day, hour, minute, and second; and while the status page may reflect an expired cooldown, it's very likely that a full 90 days has not yet passed. I would attempt your transfer later this evening, Grimesinator. :)
