Wow I got invitations for both MoP and Diablo 3 Beta. Now I don't know which one I should try first. Suggestion?

You will most likely "finish" the D3 beta before you would "finish" the Mists of Pandaria beta. The most important aspect for these tests are for people to test and provide feedback no matter which you choose to take on.
