Customer Appreciation is a JOKE

OK, so some guildies and I run BM last week to get one of them Kara keyed. I handle the adds w/o any issues. No mobs permanently evade, all loot is distributed correctly, no one curses or harasses any one and no one files a ticket for anything at all. And yet not a single one of us got an email from the GM's or Account Admins telling us "you guys rock!!"

This is just one incident in a continuing pattern of my not putting in tickets or having any issues I couldn't deal with myself that are totally unrecognized or acknowledged by Blizzard and I find it totally unacceptable. Players like me who don't put in frivolous tickets, buy gold, scam other players or otherwise break the rules and get caught are the back bone of this game. But do we get emails of appreciation for our achievements and accomplishments? NO, we don't.

The GM's and Account Admins only send email to people who put in tickets to complain about something or who they catch breaking the rules. This is a total slap in the face to us good players and proves that we are not appreciated in the way we should be. I for one am appalled at the lack of customer appreciation and expect something to be done about it or I'll be canceling my account and looking into filing a class action lawsuit.

It is about time you paid attention to us, the people without issues.

Unfortunately, the Game Master department is reactive, and not proactive, Alanonymous =(. As a result, it may be necessary to report your issue-free experience in an effort to gain the positive comments that you are seeking.

While I realize that this may not be the course of action that you wish to pursue, it is the best means possible to acquire the reaction that you desire. For the record, I think you're pretty darn cool.

Yeah, yeah, the old "we're reactive not proactive" excuse. Its just another way to blow us off.

See, that wasn't hard was it?

Was there something that I could help you with, Al, or are you just feeling a little contrary?

I don't see where it says I can't discuss Appreciatory actions (or the lack thereof) though - or is that a new rule?

BTW, Mal thinks I'm kinda cool Belfaire, are you man enough to admit the same or are you going to hide behind policy and the CoC and wait for me to submit a ticket about how awesome my in game experiences were before you tell me "Alan, dude, you Rock!!" :)

Posting or inquiring about undeleted appreciation is a severe violation and can result in account action!

*Gallops in ready to obfuscate the issue but gets stuck in a logical trap*

Let's see, there are three boxes which each contains two marbles: one has two white, one has two black and one has one white and one black marble. Each of the boxes also is labeled as to its contents, but each label is incorrect. What is the fewest number of marbles you could remove from the boxes and look at in order to definitely determine the contents of all three boxes?

Argh!

Blast you, Alanonymous!

The occasional "dude, that was awesome" when you solo Deadmines or SM. etc. That's what I"m on about.

We tend not to stalk our players, buddy.
