Haste for raiding : experience

With this gear (dunno if this was updated. Mantle of Nimble thought, bracers of nimble thought, off-hand haste, haste pants, Aldor T4) I did two weeks in row SSC-Lurker, which is IMO a pretty obvious pure damage fight.

I out dpsed by three-four % mages heavily in T5....

Although not terribly relevant to your discussion I thought I'd jump in and let you know about some Spell Haste changes in the upcoming patch.

In 2.4, Spell Haste will reduce the global cool down on spells, down to a minimum of 1 second. It won't apply to melee and ranged abilities though however.

I don't think it's set in stone, but I've heard that's it's currently impossible to achieve with the gear currently available. Talents do put it into reach, but still they only just close the gap.
