Still, it's best not to not bump old threads. It can help to avoid this to select 'Latest Reply' from the Sort By drop-down menu on the upper right of the forum index.

Actually, you'll note that this thread is from over two years ago, and has nothing whatsoever to do with your account compromise. Your account was compromised due to inadequate security. The service on your account is taking only as long as is absolutely necessary due to the range of issues in line ahead of it. It is that simple.
You already have a thread on this subject, and there is no need to troll a separate thread. Moreover, those of us who moderate this forum exist in an advisory and informational capacity; we are not in a position to investigate an account personally. We are intended to provide advice and share communication with our forum community however. Then, as now, I am doing my "job".
I am sorry if you were offended because some of our staff, including myself, amused ourselves and others two years ago with a bit of banter. If you've reported your situation appropriately, I'm sure our staff will investigate and provide assistance as soon as it is practical to do so.
