Does this apply to flight trainers?

Vendor Discounts: All vendors with an associate faction now give discounts at all levels above neutral.

* Friendly: 5% discount
* Honored: 10% discount
* Revered: 15% discount
* Exalted: 20% discount

and is this to mean I would need to be exalted with Orcs undead troll , Tauren and Bloodelf to get it?

Just looking to clearify info before I post an update to a long running info post

in 2.3 a new "reputation-discount" was introduced. The Flight Masters are apparently max reputation with everyone.

Flight Masters are the NPCs that offer you gryphon/bat rides, etc. :)

As far as I'm acutely aware, the flight training price will remain the same even with Exalted reputation. I'll see what I can find out about it.
