Blue-started topics in blue, not yellow?

If a blue posts in a topic, that topic gets the little bliz icon.

If a blue STARTS a topic, that topic gets the little bliz icon.

So, "<blizicon> Upcoming 2.4 Mage changes!" means either a list of stuff by a blue poster (aka, click here if you care about mages), -OR- it means, "I had some terrible idea for a spammable 41 yard stun spell, and Net or Bornakk or Gods help us Drysc responded to something possibly unrelated in the thead, or perhaps merely posted a one-liner saying that there are no changes announced yet."

Plus, it would add color to the main page of each forum!
