Oh happy day. I wonder if even buffed it will be worth the talent points? It certainly had a lot of potential wasted by making it 'lol'.

We don't have any exactly numbers to share, but it should be a notable improvement from what it was providing to get it on par with what we wanted.

That's the plan, and just to clarify the tooltip/functionality of this talent is not changing.

That's what the PTR is for, heh, and while we have no ETA for the PTR, it is getting closer. :)
