My gold purchase - Blue Tracker

I recently went on a website called cheap wow gold & world of warcarft gold & world of warcraft power leveling .. I purchased 2000 gold and it's been 16days and I still haven't recieved my gold and now they are trying to tell me that I didn't purxchase from them when I have everything in my e-mail address still .. What can be done about this??
