Gm impersonation - Blue Tracker

What's the deal with the horde being helped out by a GM .. <GM> [removed] was here in Nagrand by the Ring of Blood helping out 8 other horde. She's abusing her GM powers and used it on me and 7 other of my alliance to camp us. She was conversing with us saying they wouldn't do anything, but obviously she was lying to us all to set us up. I do believe my friends and I should get some kind of reimbursement because this definitely shouldn't be ignored.
