Spectral tiger mount scam

hello, i was recently involved in a spectral tiger mount scam, at the moment i have a ticket open but it says unavailable. I, Euro traded 500g to a player (last i has a apostrophe on top of it) for the code in booty bay, he said he had activated it. I tried working with him, because it did not work (the code) but in like 10 min he logged, I have a feeling he scammed other people during this period too. Thank you, and i hope i can get my gold back, and the account banned . thanks ;(

I am very sorry to hear that another player may have broken their agreement, Euro.

Please submit an in-game petition with the above information at your earliest convenience. Once a ticket has been submitted, a member of the In-Game Support Staff will speak with you in regards to this issue and the investigation process will begin.

I have reviewed your petition text, Euro. If you edit your petition to include the time when you began speaking with this player, I can foresee no reason why the Game Master would be unable to begin investigating this issue even if you are offline.

If you are uncertain of the time when you began speaking with this player, you are always welcome to estimate how long the issue occurred prior to opening a petition.

For example, if you began speaking with the player an hour before you opened the petition, you should indicate this in your petition. :)
