Upgraded account but still trial?

I recently bought WoW the original game and the expansion, I was about 4 days into my trial and then entered my retail authentication keys and also used a game card, everything was fine and I had 30 days free trial + 60 days credit.
I reached level 20 in-game and could no longer get exp or make parties or anything related to having an upgraded account, I logged into the account management and it has gone back to how it was before I upgraded my account, asking for an authentication key, when I do re-enter it, I get a error message telling me that it has already been used. Account management says I have 5 days trial left..

Unfortunately, once a trial account has been upgraded to a standard account, trial restrictions remain on the account for the duration of the trial. Please note, however, that your 30 free days and your 60 day game card will not begin until the trial has expired.

In order to get this trial restriction removed before the trial expires, you will need to contact Billing and Account Services. They will be able to better assist you with this issue. You can contact them using one of the following methods:
