So uhmmm...I was just getting around to reading about the WoTK bestiary.
And from what I've read, this expansion is wrapped around "The War of the Spiders"?

So yeah...I am one of millions in the world with the horrible fear of such things, and uhmmm yeah.
I think it this is the case, you are REALLY going to alienate a large portion of your fan base.
I'm not going to go down into underground spider tunnels with creepy half human half spider people running around either:

A) trying to kill me and suck out my juicy bits

or

B) quest for them, and have to look at them all day doing quests etc for them.

Sorry, come up with a better idea, or *claps hands* I'm out.

I still jump when I don't notice a spider is going to aggro on me. Prior to being bit by a black widow, I had no problems with them. Now, not so much. ;)

Despite that though, I find the Nerubians morbidly fascinating. I'm looking forward to seeing how their story progresses.

For those that haven't seen the Bestiary the link is here- http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/wrath/features/bestiary/index.xml
