1. (excluding enchants) we have no way of catching up to other classes. you say frost shock and earthbind totem but... if you really compare that to the ability of hunters (traps), mages (frost nova), druids (entangling roots and cyclone), warriors(charge and intercept), rogues (all different types of stuns), priests(fear), warlocks (fear, curse of exhaustion, fel guard intercept, etc etc.), and the list goes on, we are at a GREAT disadvantage to most, if not all classes.
2. it's true that we do well in pve, however, the lack of burst damage with duel wield and lack of WF procs with 2 hand weapons make it hard for us in PVP.
Enhancement Shamans need to be buffed for pvp. as i read in other forums, we are one of the lowest percentage of people in 2v2, 3v3, 5v5, and it is VERY rare (if that) to see an enhancement shaman near the top of the ladder in any of the three.
The things i've mentioned are only a small part of the disadvantage shamans have in pvp, and so i ask blizzard to give great consideration to helping enhancement shamans in respect to pvp.
