I called the first number on my home phone just because my cousin that had been playing and had never received a warning was banned for "Account Sharing".
Basically it wants him to fax them his ID and all the info that is given in that account recovery form.
A person not employed by Blizzard answered the phone saying her name and also said that she had been getting faxed many photo id's dealing with the same thing all subject with World of Warcraft she said that she was located in a different area then area code 949 she had said her area code was 952 and that people were faxing here endlessly.
I was quick to come and post on the forum to address this issue hoping it would be resolved because my friend had a faxed 3 times never received an e-mail and when he called Blizzard customer service they had said if they didnt respond quickly via e-mail it meant everything was okay.
So basically I want to know why this fax number doesn't work because it has been a week with no e-mail about his account and no way of being able to fax a picture of his ID.
Basically what else is there to do to try and get his account back?
