Illegal Account Selling

Is it appropriate to report a player for practically confessing to selling accounts on a server forum? If so, what would be the best way of going about it? Send an e-mail to [email protected], or is there another email address for this kind of issue?

Also, I'm having some difficulty finding the Terms of Service on the website to look for the paragraph that talks about this issue.

In regards to finding the Paragraph in our Terms of Use, I believe you are looking for:

Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items.
Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Program. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service. Blizzard does not recognize any virtual property transfers executed outside of the Game or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything related to the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell items for "real" money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Game.

If you would like to report a player for breaching this portion of our Terms of Use, you are more than welcome to submit an in-game petition regarding the issue — or e-mail [email protected].

There are many issues with it. People deciding that they didn't want to do it, and therefore causing account ownership disputes, etc... however let's not bump old posts. Thanks.
