Removed mount

Feb 17th I purchased a mount from the online WoW Store. One week later I purchase a character faction change. Once the change was resolved I noticed my bought mount was gone on all my characters. I put in a ticket and I talk to a GM for roughly 40 mins as he also speaks to a manager. Apparently since I used my friends CC they flagged it and cancled the mount 5 days before the character change. Why did my mount just vanish after the character faction change? <removed>

If there is a payment issue with a purchase - yes, the mount/pet/time - etc. is removed.

The CREDIT CARD HOLDER needs to get this sorted out with billing.

That's all there is to this, I've clipped out the unnecessary bits.
