I recently tried to access the account management to cancel my account since i'm out of town and will be out of town for a few weeks if not months and don't feel the need to waste $15 on a subscription I won't put to use.
Why is it that this laptop i'm currently cannot load up your account management page, is it possible for someone from blizzard to cancel it for me or do I have to phone the 1-800 number to get that done?
Just on a side note my IE version is 5.50 but it's the only part of your whole website that will not load properly...conviently -_-.
Any insight would be great been a happy/satisfied customer don't want to start a angry rant thread but it would be dissapointing to be charged a month or two's subscription because I can't access my account management from your website to cancel.
