Transfer Aborted : Instance is full

Heroic Arcatraz was seriously screwed up tonight. I tried to join someone else's group, because his party had broken apart, and it kept on saying Instance is full. Really weird. I ended up seeing multiple parties in there who weren't part of my group or any group. This wasn't lag either, or at least I thought it wasn't. Please work on fixing this. Ever since Daily Heroics were introduced there have been a lot of bugs....a lot of people have been experiencing this recently....

There are multiple reasons why this issue may have occurred, Aaric; however, I'm afraid without more information I will be unable to accurately diagnose it.

Is it possible that the player removed from the Heroic group decided to form a group to attempt the instance as well?
