Title say it all.
(Sorry for my bad English, its not my native language)

Been over a month someone harass me in whisper. Every single time I didn't reply him ... not once. We kick him out of the guild .. since that day he whisper me and I never reply to him ... not ONCE.

So now he harass me for the last month. I open 10+ tickets to report his harassment. But guess what happen 10 minutes ago? He whisper me again on an alt (I forgot to /ignore all his toon on this guy). If GM can't stop this why not give us a /ignore account. If you cant handle harassment decently give us tool /sigh

So this post is a big ... THANKS FOR NOTHING BLIZZARD. NOTHING.

What Am I suppose to do now huh ? Open an other ticket ?? Well I did ... to tell you guys how pathetic are your action against harassment.

Exactly. People have no clue whats going on. /ignore is a nice tool ... if it would stick to all your toons automatically, on both my account. But you can work around /ignore anyway. A real tool like /ignore account would solve that problem once and for all.

Perhaps, however, we take that into account if you are reporting cases of ongoing harassment. If you have ignored someone and they are circumventing it, then it can fall into ongoing harassment. It is essential that you take that first step though and place the person on ignore. If we do not see evidence that you have done so our In-Game Support staff may be limited in what can be done.

As Orlyia has already addressed your other thread I'll be locking this one.
