Goodbye GM's where ever you are

well with the lay-offs at blizzard coming soon kiss goodbye ever seeing a real gm reply to a ticket instead of a canned reply. say goodbye to 10 minute or less wait on calls to cust support. and finally development is uneffected but the christ will return before they fix bugs in a timely matter ever again. blizzard if you want to ban me be my guest I have an opinion and ill share it. lets put a smilly face on this in closing the stockholders and parent Company must be happy over this... sigh
