Friend Trying to Reactivate Wow account

Obviously, because my friend is having trouble reactivating his account, his account is frozen and he cannot post himself. He started playing April 2007, in August he froze his account because he was spending an academic semester in Germany (5 months in a foreign country.) Today he tried to reactivate his account, but when he logged into account management it tells him he needs to upgrade from a trial account. It clearly shows that the account was created in April, and that the last log in was in August, but it seems to think the account was only a 10 day trial...What should he do?

If Bratorian is his character, Saelu, I'm really interested to see from what language his name originates. And email address.

He can contact Billing, but uh, given the circumstances, I'm not sure they'll be able to assist in this matter.
