Scroll of Resurrection Broken?

Hello!

I sent a scroll of resurrection to a friend the other day. How are they supposed to redeem it? I'm sure I have the correct character name and server name. They last logged in October 1st. The billing period ended October 16th. So it's been the full 90 days. They haven't received any emails and there is nothing about it in their account management. In my account management, the legend says "Friend referred. No action has been taken."

Any suggestions on how she can redeem the scroll?

Have you cleared your Cache and Cookies in either browser?
