Hi,

A friend is trying to regain control of his hacked account however is unable to post on here without an account. WoW account admin have emailed him a link to download a form for an account retrieval,
http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/other/Account-Retrieval.pdf.

However, the link does not work, is there any other place to download the form? Thanks very much!

I was able to access it just fine. Would you mind trying to clear your cache and cookies for me? If that does not work, you might want to try a different browser. Let me know if you have any luck with that. =)
