Account secret password

Trying to move my toon from one of "MY" accounts to another of "MY" accounts. When it prompts for secret password it keeps telling me that my secret password is incorrect.

I login to the destination account and I am unable to find an area to change existing secret password.

Any advice?

You are unable to change your Secret Question and answer. If you do not remember it, you will want to use this form: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21470 to recover it. You will need to either fax, or mail it to our Billing and Account Services department.

If you would like more information regarding this matter, you will want to contact our Billing department.
