Game Card Upgrade Help

I am currently on my third day of my trial account and have already maxed out my level at 20, so I cannot gain any more xp. I bought a 60-day game card and am having trouble upgrading. I go to worldofwarcraft.com/gamecard, but the boxes to input the code are a different number of character than the code I have. And unfortunately, blizzards support number is down because of the holiday so instead of waiting until tomorrow, can anyone help me find the right way to sub with my game card?

Unlikely but I could look into the validity of your claims if you wish, Moldova. Provide me with the name and realm of a character on the trial account that allowed you upgraded with a 60 day game card.
