"Wait time currently Unavailable"

Everytime I open a GM ticket it ALWAYS says the wait time is unavailable. Kind of frustrating, there are 5 people in nagrand chat spamming sexual comments towards other players, and it has been going on for an hour. What time do GM's work until?

While this can be used for this, it may be better to submit an in-game petition regarding the matter if it is not actually 'spam'.

You can always place them on Ignore, and go offline if need be. As long as the appropriate information is placed in the petition — names, and realms of the characters, and approximate time of occurrence — the matter will be taken care of accordingly, and in due time. You have my apologies for any experienced delay.

I know , I was just making sure that everyone was clear on what the "Report Spam" feature is for. =)
