at what point ( how long) is exceptable normal PVP game play, getting repeatedly killed by the same player before BLIZZARD considers HARASSMENT? 2 hours, 24 hrs, days, weeks?

While such behavior is not necessarily condoned, Pappybosshog, that is one of the risks of being on a PvP realm or otherwise participating in the PvP aspect of the game.

While there is no definitive time frame that I will be able to provide to you, as it isn't an entirely black and white issue, generally speaking we'd only become involved in extreme situations. Hours or days often will not fall into that category.

JUST THE HORDE

O.o Well, that is usually unless you are Horde, then you may say the exact same thing but in reverse, and claim that there is favoritism towards the Alliance. The fact remains that policies and game functions are the same for both sides.

If you are being killed by another player and you are unable to deal with it yourself, look to your fellow players for assistance.
