Can't log in on a different computer?

So, my laptop's dead and I'm using my brothers to play because he's at school. But whenever I try to log in it says I can't log in on a different region from the one I created the account on. But I'm in the same house? Help please

I'd double check that version. That is the message one usually sees when another region's client is installed.
