~Character Restore Question

Well so I recently found out someone logged onto my account and deleted all of my characters on my main realm besides my two level 70s (a bit odd but lucky at the same time). I talked to a GM but forgot to ask if I should bother doing anything on my mains if they reset the account all together, or if they just add on the lost characters. Would seem like a waste of time to do dailys and quests if they do reset all the way. If anybody has experienced this please let me know! =) Thank you!

Oops, another question... I was browsing the forums for a bit but didn't see if the items in your mail are also restored. My bank alt was deleted which I kept alot of valuable items sitting in the mailbox (until it was sent back from the 30 day timer). I didn't have enough room to keep everything in my bags =P So I'm hoping that the mail is restored as well. Can anybody confirm this please? /pray

Kirmari, I can't promise anything, as a restoration is never guaranteed, but I can assure you that our character specialists will do everything in their power to restore your characters to their former glory.

I'm with you Chubbs, on this one - my character is still in limbo after being told (in game and by email) that she was restored, hoping not to lose my level 80.

Try creating and deleting a new character on the realm, Emvor, if the character is restored that will refresh the character selection list so you can see it.

I have another question about character restore too ( sorry if I hijack your thread )
My question is : will ALL my deleted character be back or just the main one ( highest one ) ? I ask this because I was playing my Pali when my account got hacked . I really want to continue my pali . Thanks for answering

This should be possible, if once a restoration is done you find any characters or goods missing, you are always most welcome to follow-up with us.

We do our best to catch everything in one pass :)

When a compromise is reported, letting us know the characters and/or realms (and any guildbank involvement) is the best way to help us make sure everything gets done in one swoop!

How do I know when it's completed ?

You should receive an email from your specialist with a complete list of everything restored.
