On January 3rd, I tried logging in - only to find that I was 'banned'. You can imagine how I felt at this point :P
I checked my email and it said there was a payment dispute - my credit card company canceled the 3 month subscription (on 11/9/07) and withdrew the charged money (honestly, I have no idea how this happened), so technically I was playing for 3 months, for free!
Blizzard notified me that in order to unlock my account, I would have to pay exactly $44.07 by money order (what a hassle..). I got the money order and mailed it to Blizzard on the same day I was notified - January 3rd, over a week ago.
I was also informed that I would receive an email regarding the status of my account, as in whether or not the processing was successful.. and I have not yet received anything.
To be honest, I would think this would take less than a whole week. Has anyone been through this and have any idea how long will it take? I am very impatient at this point, but there's not much else I can do. Thanks!
EDIT: I have now called, and gotten through, and all they can tell me to do is 'wait'. I've been waiting, dammit!
EDIT2: THREE WEEKS. It has been THREE ENTIRE WEEKS since I mailed it. I have been waiting very patiently and now it is getting to me. Frankly, I am tired of waiting. People who have sent it before me AND after me have received their accounts, OR at least a response. I absolutely refuse to resend my money order and potentially wait at least 3 weeks AGAIN. Please Blizz, I'm begging you, give me a response! This is horrible customer service.
