It's the track that plays in the undead taverns and Lament of the Highborne. While I love all of the music, those two stand out.
I know of many people saying they just want to sit in Karazhan just to listen to the music as well. :)

I'm a sucker for the deep somber tones of the cellos and any stringed instruments really. They have a resonating beauty to them.
