Just got banned for AFK in bg.

And the best part was I wasnt even AFK. i was alt tabbed.

I'm going to assume another account was suspended, not the one you're posting from. In that case, if you have any questions there should be a contact named in the e-mail you received.

Furthermore, simply being reported as AFK and receiving the debuff once will not automatically get you suspended. So no, it was either a long line of AFK abuse and you just happened to be in AV at the time of the suspension, or you were suspended for a different reason.
