I am currently unsatisfied by Blizzard GMs

Anyone else tired of blizzard's lack of customer service? I am. Any time I have a problem in-game and petition a GM, they spam me with macros then close the ticket. Then send some spam mail to me about getting my account hacked. Why does blizzard pay these people to do what a bot could do?

Note: This department doesn't have a phone line .. Maybe because GM's wouldn't be so rude and hang up on people like the do with closing tickets.

Vlastislav, if you have an issue with the way a Game Master handled your issue, I urge you to send an e-mail to [email protected]. That way the GM's supervisor can hear of it, and take whatever action if needed.

What's more, if you have an issue with the in-game mail that we send you, in an attempt to make sure you are aware and up to date on account security, by all means you should let us know. We do send these to try and help any player that contacts us know of the dangers out there, hoping to educate them so they can safeguard their account. If you wish to see an end to such a proactive attempt at assistance, feel free to write up a post, with your proposal of your opinions, and post it on the Suggestions Forum.

No, you can call billing and account about a banning. Be a better troll.

Given that Account Administration holds sole jurisdiction over such matters, I'm not certain how you've gotten the impression that speaking with our Billing Department over the phone is an appropriate venue for such inquiries; please allow me to disillusion you on that point, however. :)

Well, Mr. Smart Mouth. Why is the third choice when calling B&A "Account recently suspended or banned?"

I would imagine because a number of players attempt to call Billing for such matters. They're likely redirected. :)

Why would you put in a help request anyway. All you get is the typical cookie cutter response and then they direct you to the forums. GM's are a waste of pixels anyway.

Hmm, it seems that the Game Masters you contacted were able to help you when your character was falling through the world. But thank you for the lovely words of encouragement and appreciation, Taegis, it is always welcomed.

I'll be locking this 3 month old thread now and canceling the resurrection that has been cast on it.
