Soo I was leaving Booty Bay in STV, headed north when i got killed by hordie level ??'s on epic mounts. No big deal right? happens all the time.

Then me and about 7 other players got camped for 45 minutes, i decide "hey, this is ridiculous, time to make it less fun for them"

Set up a macro to spam /spit /golfclap /bored /lol /rofl /chicken

Spam it, they get pissed off.

So we're about and hour in on corpse camping, and a char whispers me.

Apparently I've been reported for spam, this is the hordie on a level 1 trial account.

He didn't like me spamming him, it was hurting his eyes, so he reported me.

The kicker? I'm the only one in violation of the EULA.

Umm.. anybody else think that's ridiculous? If you're leaving a bar and 5 guys jump you.. you cry for help.. what? you're supposed to be charged with disturbing the peace because the thugs didn't like it.

Seriously remove your heads from your ass this is rediculous.
If i get any type of a ban for this I'm seriously done with this game. it's been pissing me off for a week now, and this is just the icing on the cake.

A few points:

1) If you do not wish to receive a penalty for committing a policy violation, please refrain from violating our policies. On this note, if you are unsure of what our specific policies and subsequent penalties are, I would encourage you to review the following documents:

Terms of Use - http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html

Harassment Policy - http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01719p

2) "Spamming" is considered a violation of policy; corpse-camping a member of the opposite faction on a PvP realm is not.

3) If you are posting from the account which was supposedly penalized for a policy violation, I'm afraid I'm a tad confused, as I am unable to see any occurrence of a penalty being applied for "spamming"; however, if you wish to contest this phantom action, you are welcome to speak with Account Administration. I've provided their contact information below.
