I don't really take the negative to heart in cases such as these. This was a thread I wanted to jump in to add a light-hearted response. We've answered it a couple times previously, and the blue tag -- regardless of what's stated lets people know a thread was viewed by one of us.
In this case, it let people know that we're aware that you all want more information on patch 2.4. :)
