NO ANNOUNCEMENTS?! X-mas and new year! WTH!?

Ok, so there was no new announcment for WotLK for Christmas. Was kinda suprised with that but said to myself ok they probably saving the announcment for the new year. But sure enough again... we get nothing!

What is up with this next x-pac? Seriously they are giving us almost no new information for months now. Just rehashed same info every now and then. At least for burning crusade we would get periodic updates and new info but for WotLK it's like all a big secret.

Now since they are keeping so quiet I am really hoping for something BIG. Something so secret and astronomically huge that it will change the face of this game. If not, I afraid to say it, but this next x-pac which I have high hopes for is not turning out th3 way everyone hopes it will and will probably bite worse than TBC.

But all negative thoughts aside, I will cross my fingers and still hope for something big. I mean what other reason could blizzard be keeping so quiet for? Just doesn't make sense...

While I understand players' frustrations about the dearth of information, please keep in mind that we can't always dictate that is announced when. There are factors such as development progress, release coordination, and such.

For the Community team, our current focus is to bring you more information about the upcoming 2.4 patch. There are several features in there that we think you will love, and we want to get that information out once we are back in the office.
