Secret Question change

My account has been compromised several times in the past few days, every time we change the password and e-mail account that we have attached to the WoW account, the hacker goes to the account management website and changes our password. I am going to format my computer in the very near future to delete any possible "key logger" program installed (anti-spyware and anti-virus did not find anything).

I was wondering how you change the secret question that is used to reset passwords? I know how to change the phone numbers and e-mail accounts, but this is one of the last things I can do to stop these hackers from getting our new passwords.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I am glad to hear that you are taking steps to further resolve your issue, Stabunkski. Regrettably though, you are unable to change your Secret Question, and Answer.
