What do your friends think of WoW?

My parents originally bought WoW as a Christmas present a couple years ago. They thought it was just another "regular video game." Around a year ago my family and friends found out more about the game (about how other real life people play and communicate with one another in a fantasy world as an elf or a troll, etc., etc.) and now they just think I'm weird.

I would consider myself "casual" because I can only find enough time to play about an hour each day and on th weekends when I'm not busy. However, I got pretty addicted to the point of making my girlfriend watch an Onyxia raid. I thought I could get her to play, but after she heard all you crazies on vent it was over. We're still together, but she thinks I'm crazy.
