Dont Remember Secret Question Answer

So the title says it all, I dont remember the secret answer for this acount so i can't move my warrior from the other acount to this one.....Any help would be greatly apreciated, where can i change it, is it impossible, who do i contact?

Lucic, for your accounts safety, we require the owner of the account to send in all the information on that document to release the Secret Question. It may seem like a hassle, however, we take your accounts security very serious.

...And imagine if someone were to be able to retrieve information from your account if they knew your Security Question.
