Battle Chest: Invalid CD key

Heres my problem: I have the original World of war craft installed on my computer and I would like to upgrade to the Burning Crusade expansion pack, so I purchased the WoW battle chest. I started installing the Burning Crusade expansion from the battle chest and the window came up prompting me to upgrade my account. So I correctly entered my information and the battle chest cd key, because the battle chest disks share a common cd key, and then I get the message: "INVALID CD KEY". I carefully re-tried the key a couple of times without any success. So I figured that since I had my original copy of WoW installed, and it had a different CD key, this might be making it invalid since it is not the battle chest key. So I totally uninstalled the game and all contents and started again. This time I used the copy of WoW form the battle chest, followed by the Burning crusade disk from the battle chest, I got the upgrade prompt again, entered my info and the battle chest CD key, and.... "INVALID CD KEY" was the message I received again. I thought that I had done everything right but something is not working. I have retried many times without success.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune! Thankfully, this is something that our Billing department should be able to assist you with. You’ll want to give them a call at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time. They’re still open for a few more hours, so if you’re eager to get playing with your Battlechest, now would be a great time to call and get that handled.
