This afternoon I went to log onto my account and when I did my PW did not work so I thought for a second and realized I sure didnt forget it so I went to my email and found something saying that at 1 AM I made racial comments in a BG, I WASNT EVEN AWAKE THEN ;(. So then I went to the WoW site to reset my pass did and couldnt access my account because like the email read I was banned. I emailed the admins, number one I was wondering how long this could take and also i'm pretty angry that they just flat out banned me, someone from billing on the phone said there were different IPs accessing my account. I'm wondering why the GMs didnt take anything like this into account, didnt they think it was odd that I just decided to spam multiple violation to the ToS and get myself banned, couldnt they have temporarily suspended me and taken some more time to possibly question me or realize it wasnt me on there at this time. Please any help would be appreciated I would really like to get this account reactivated.
