Why is the OP in every thread reported?

I was just reading some threads and noticed that the OP of almost every thread had a report sign, even for legitimate threads. My quest is why is this going on, and what is blizzard doing to stop it?

This is untrue. The moderation team does investigate and often enough, if someone is found to be merely reporting for the sake of reporting, they may find themselves facing their own suspension.
