[Confirmed] Patch 4.3 is NOT next week

This was revealed in an interview of the Blizzard's CEO Mike Morhaime by PC-GAMER on 9th November, which means that patch will go live on 15th November.

They didn't quote Mike. They took a statement on an estimated release date and rephrased it as though it's absolute.

So just for that, I'll tell you that patch 4.3 is not being released on November 15. People playing the game now know before a magazine. So there! :p

And knowing is half the babble(?).

This could be easily read as a flippant statement rather than a true dissuasion of the belief that 4.3 is coming out on November 15th.

I understand that you like having fun, but I don't like having to interpret your comments. If you want to tell us that 4.3 will not be released on November 15th, please do it in a straightforward fashion.
