Regarding the skins of creatures in Wow

Ok, this is sort of a legality/weird question, but here it goes.
First off, it it against the rules to modify the appearance of anything in WoW (i.e. you make yourself look like a giant panda, but it's for your own amusement, and therefore nobody else can say it.) <-- odd example, but it makes my point.

Second point; if it IS legal, is there a program to do so? (for us not-so-leet programmers)

Reason for all this? The wolves in WoW are ugly as sin......and I would have tamed one, but they are just plain ugly. If it is possible to apply a new skin, then it would look great on my screen, even if nobody else could see,

wierd = yes, but still a question nonethless,

Yes. Violation of policy. Very bad, please avoid. Should you desire the provision of corroborating documentation, I'll be happy to oblige. In the meantime, however, no touchy. :)
