Display Target Health Bar problem

When I go to Interface to change my UI, I turn "Display Numerical Value for Target" but it only ever shows Percentage (100%, 50%, etc) instead of actual numerical values. Is there a way to change this?

For one's target's health, Pantaloons, percentages are the only option available in the standard interface. Sorry for the confusion. :)

Yes, you're correct in saying that party members are excluded from this restriction; and it seems that knowing the size of your target's mana pool isn't considered an issue by our Development Team, as those values have been available to enterprising Lua programmers for some time. ;)
