It's not hard to solo as a holy priest either... I found mind blast + holy fire/smite to be adequate for burning down mobs. Most mobs you solo are non-elites with little hp anyway. And if you run oom, most mobs hit weak enough that you can toss a dot on them and wand them, and use the extra mana to keep yourself alive. As long as you don't get 3-4 or more on you, you should be able to solo np.

I really don't agree that unbreakable will is better than wand specialization at early levels. You should be maximizing damage output and minimizing downtime. At early levels, players don't have to worry about fears or stuns much when leveling.

Actually.. Neither of those are useful to me. How many times am I going to be stunned/feared? Um.. Basically never. If I get ganked its either gonna be a level 70, or a like level player that if I can't beat, a slight chance of resisting a fear isn't gonna change it or ensure my escape.

25% wand damage? nothx.. thats just as worthless to me, the extra damage is null.

I'll go with blackout and not using a respec to shift those points from disc to shadow when I hit 40!

That's fine. The damage gained from wand specialization is honestly quite noticeable in the early levels though. I'd rather pay for the respec and level faster personally.
