I helped judge this year! If you loved/hated the winners you can blame me.

It was a lot of fun. So many amazing costumes this year! It was extremely difficult trying to nail down just three winners, but the best part is we don't have to! We're going to be posting all the other costumes soon for fan judging, and giving prizes to the... I believe top 10 fan favorites which you guys will help choose. Keep an eye out for that.

It's nice but it's not overly impressive. It's not that hard to stick on some grey paint and slap a bunch of wires over your body to pull off a pretty cool looking robot.

edit:

Refering to the Starcraft woman of course. The Paladin was nice as well if not done to death before and the Deathwing one was pretty sweet.

Her costume was insane. You don't quite get the impact of it from the camera distance, and the stage lights drowned out the insane amount of working electronics and lighting throughout the entire thing. Trust me that it was even more impressive in-person.
