For not resetting the buyback system after you log out.

I just replaced and sold the wrong ring by mistake and logged to reset the website I was using to optimize my stats.

Scared the crap out of me.

There is always the option of submitting a ticket to a Game Master, too. Just in case you have one of those moments that lasts a bit longer. ;) They merely need the item name and you don't even have to be online!
